INERT GAS GENERATION SYSTEMS

Manufactured by Kemp Manufacturing in 1978.  Designed to produce 2000 SCFM of inert gas with a discharge pressure of 0.5 psig at 110^oF using fuel gas (propane) and air.  Composition of gas produced:

CO2.........................15.0%

CO............................0.3%

H2.............................0.3%

       O2.............................0.1/0.3%

       N2 + A.......................Balance

Components consist of Combustion Chamber with dual fuel Burnham ”Blue Flame” Burner, Spray Tower, Separator and 50 Hp Spencer blower rated for 2000 scfm @ 72 psig.  Unit is skid mounted with all controls.
