4,500 B/D Catalytic Reformer Unit
 Naphtha Hydrotreater Unit (NHT)
Lummus built the NHT as a stand-alone system originally in 1964. During the 1970 expansion of the refinery this unit was debottlenecked to its current capacity of approximately 4,500 b/d.
The Reactor is 42” dia x 14’-8” S/S, 625 psig/FV @ 725 F, C-1/2Mo with a 321SS cladding. Hydrogen is provided to the unit from the Catalytic Reformer via the KHT Make up and Recycle compressor.
This unit has a Naphtha Splitter column that was installed in 1964 but has never been put into service.
